Albena is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. This is where the sea meets the sand. The resort is a pleasure for people of all ages, but is especially suitable for families with young children. Albena resort welcomes tourists and visitors from Europe and other continents, which makes English the most used language of communication. The resort has over 15,000 beds in more than 40 hotels located on the beach or on the picturesque hills with spectacular sea views.
The beach of Albena (nearly 3 km long) has been awarded the Blue Flag Award for years for its high standards of beach maintenance and seawater quality. The resort is located on the Black Sea coast on one side and on the other is the Baltata National Reserve, which is unique in its nature and combines woodland with marsh vegetation.
